What does Accredited mean?
To become a First Class Supplier dealers who supply new cars will be regularly inspected on site so that Motability can be assured that Solent are ready and able to provide you with a first class service. The standards that Solent have to meet are set by Motability. These standards are under constant review so that they meet the requirements of the Motability Scheme customers. Reaching these standards is essential for Solent as without Accreditation we are unable to support the Motability scheme.

Because Solent are proud to display the Accredited sign you can be assured that the charity is working on your behalf to ensure that they have attained the standards required to provide you, the Motability Scheme Customer, with a first class service.
The performance of Solent will be monitored by the charity through on site inspections, customer surveys, customer telephone calls and written correspondence.
